Our Team at Keystone Gardens is made up of many multi faceted individuals as well as specialists in the field of horticulture and Landscape Design. We have a many tiered interview process and regular evaluations to make sure we have the best staff in place to serve our customer’s needs.
Travis Beckwith- Landscape Designer
Travis came to Keystone Gardens as a team member on a landscaping crew. This was quite a departure from the office work he did before. Travis moved here from Kansas and started his new life with new work. On the crew, Travis was reliable, responsible and hard working. He put in the effort to learn from the team leaders and supervisors about landscaping and hardscape installation as well as grading, drainage and maintenance of grounds. He worked his way up to a team leader.
As a team leader Travis earned the respect of his crew. His customers were always happy and relaxed talking to this nice guy from the Midwest. Always learning and always helpful, he was very valuable in the field. Due to a back injury and the natural progression of his career path, Travis was offered the opportunity to work with the sales and design team at Keystone Gardens. Under the tutelage of Mike Garrison, Travis has blossomed into a competent landscape designer, with common sense solutions and always the customer’s best interests at heart.
When Travis comes to your house, expect him to spend roughly an hour walking around your property talking with you. You can tell him what you would like to see and he will design your landscape design plan accordingly. Big projects, smaller budget….he may suggest doing it in phases. You will love the end result in your garden. Travis@KeystoneGardens.com
Nick Steffan - Landscape Service Manager
Nick graduated from Penn State with a degree in Landscape Contracting. He worked for several seasons at landscaping companies during and after college. More recently, he was the on- staff horticulturist at a 90+ acre, luxury, continuing care, retirement community where he managed the grounds and tended the gardens. These experiences have honed his skills in plant care and maintenance, as well as customer service.
Nick will now be the face of Keystone Gardens Landscape Services. He will be in charge of service issues and quality control of your landscape installation. He is the man who will come around to properties, after we have finished, to see how things look. He will go around checking the plant and shrub health, and the overall look of the finished product, after it settles in. Nick@KeystoneGardens.com
